Basic Life Support and Basic Firefighting Training

The Community Health Plan on Lack of Barangay Emergency Response System together with the MDRRMC-Tampilisan Emergency Response Team conducted a Basic Life Support Training to the enthusiastic Brgy. Active Lawaan Emergency Response Team (ALERT) last January 13-14, 2020. In addition, due to high cases of unintentional fire in the municipality, the Bureau of Fire spearheaded by SFO4 Ricky L. Bunac also taught the Brgy. ALERT knowledge and skills regarding Basic Fire Fighting. The said-2-day training had 43 participants from the Brgy. ALERT, where they were representative from the different organizations of the Barangay Lawaan such as Habal-Habal Driver Association, Farmer’s Assoc., Women’s Assoc, Lawaan ES Teaching Staff, Brgy. Tanod, SK Council and Brgy. Council.
