Education Campaign on Proper Water Chlorination Due to the declining practice of water decontamination methods as reflected in the July 2019 survey, the CHP head went on her education campaign for safe and potable water at point-of-use. Since the Rural Sanitary Inspector recommended the use of chlorination as a water treatment method of choice, the CHP head conducted a purok-to- purok lecture and demonstration on proper water chlorination. A total of 76 residents from 6 Puroks participated in the said activity. Pre-assessment of the residents’ knowledge and evaluation after the lecture, through pre-test and post-test, were also done to gauge the effectiveness of the lecture and demonstration.
